Southern Sayings

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Southern Sayings (the “Service”), operated by White Field Studios (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Southern Sayings is a collection of Southern expressions with meanings, images, and related content. Some features require a free sign-in with Google, and photo content requires a one-time purchase as described below.

Accounts

To sign in, you use your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

Purchases

• The photo feature is unlocked through a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD, granting access to photos for all sayings.
• Your purchase is tied to your signed-in Google account, so it is available on any device where you sign in with the same account.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; any change does not affect purchases already completed.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service and its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly display the photos or other content except as allowed within the Service.
• Attempt to bypass purchase, access, or security controls.
• Use the Service in any unlawful manner or to infringe others’ rights.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its text, images, and design, is owned by White Field Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Field Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
