Refund Policy
Effective July 1, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to the one-time $4.99 USD photo unlock purchased through Southern Sayings, operated by White Field Studios. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Digital Content
The photo unlock is a digital product that gives you immediate, ongoing access to photo content across all sayings. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
When We’ll Provide a Refund
We want you to be satisfied. We will consider a refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The photo feature failed to unlock after a successful payment and we are unable to resolve it.
- You were charged in error.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@whitefieldstudios.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include the email address associated with your Google sign-in and the approximate date of purchase so we can locate your order.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Effect of a Refund
If a refund is issued, your premium photo access will be removed from your account.
