The chalice window design is a result of my deep attraction to a stand of intense colored fall shrubbery. I have celebrated this attraction with a series of commemorative window panels. I have joined the medieval geometric construct, the squaring of the circle, with the image of the shrubbery.  The circle represents un-manifest spirit-space and the square represents the manifest, comprehensible world.  "When a near-equality is drawn between the circle and the square, the infinite is able to express its dimensions or qualities the finite." [Lawlor]

I plan to mount the panels in windows with a precast or stone surround together with an inset bronze circle.
The panels are 6ft. X 6ft.
